We are now looking for a driven and engaged site manager who wants to be part of developing both our projects and our operations moving forward. About the Position In the role of site manager, you will be an important part of our earthworks and construction projects. You are responsible for daily planning, coordination, and operations on the projects and ensure that work progresses with the right quality, structure, and pace. You will serve as the link between production, subcontractors, and the customer and have a central role in creating order, progress, and good team spirit on the projects. You don't need to have worked as a site manager before – what matters most to us is that you have the right drive, attitude, and understanding of production within earthworks and construction. Your Responsibilities Responsible for daily management and planning of projects Coordinate personnel, machinery, and subcontractors Ensure that work stays on schedule and maintains quality Maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers Ensure order and organization on the worksite Help solve practical problems that arise in production Work closely with production and provide support where needed Who Are You? We believe that you: Are hungry, engaged, and want to take the next step Have order and organization and like structure Are unpretentious and enjoy working close to production Find it easy to collaborate and communicate with others Take responsibility and enjoy solving problems Have experience working in production yourself, preferably as a skilled tradesperson within earthworks and construction Previous experience as a site manager is a plus but not required.
