with several years of experience as a site manager for earthworks and concrete with project sizes up to 120 million and preferably with knowledge and willingness to handle budgeting and procurement in projects. You have good knowledge of construction technology, negotiation, contracts and construction law, and have the ability to oversee the complete picture in projects, large and small. You will work closely with company colleagues across many different areas of expertise. In your role as project manager, you will be an important key person in the organization's continued success.
You share responsibility for supplier and subcontractor contacts, you prepare request documents and specification requirements for procurements. You administer the procurement process and utilize existing agreements.
Job Responsibilities:
Site Manager works with production management, budgeting, work planning and work supervision. A team leader for production personnel in ongoing and upcoming earthworks and concrete projects in varying sizes from 40 to 100 million around the Stockholm region. Responsibilities include working on projects from start to finish with customer contact, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractors, material planning, coordination, quality, environmental and occupational health matters, as well as work planning.
