About the Position
As Site Manager, you hold a key role with overall responsibility for Land & Facilities production on the construction site. You are responsible for planning daily work, continuously monitoring costs, documenting completed work, and maintaining daily contact with clients and suppliers. You also have budget and workplace environment responsibility. As Site Manager, you work together with the project team, which consists of skilled professionals and craftspeople. You will independently lead work on-site in utilities, foundation work, fine grading, and development projects.

Your Profile
We are seeking someone with experience as Site Manager in Land and Facilities for residential buildings or residential area development projects, preferably in new construction. An engineering education is a merit, and we also welcome craftspeople with several years of experience in the Site Manager role. A Class B driver's license is required.
You have well-developed leadership qualities and a strong ability to engage and guide others. Furthermore, you are structured in your approach and enjoy working methodically. You think long-term and always keep safety and quality in focus. It is also important that you are clear and able to communicate well with different people.
