Our client is growing and is now looking for a confident and driven Site Manager who wants to be part of developing the business in Östergötland! Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Site Manager, or a Foreman who is ready to take the step into the role, and who has experience managing land, construction, or infrastructure projects. You don't need to be the most senior person on the market, but you should have proven that you can take responsibility for projects, finances, and production, and have the ambition to continue developing in a larger and more structured organization! We believe you have a few years of experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or equivalent, and have worked with projects within land, utilities, or infrastructure. Experience from both road and utilities projects is particularly interesting, as the business works broadly in the field. You understand the entire project lifecycle and are used to working with planning, follow-up, finances, resource management, and customer dialogue—not just the production in the field. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have experience from a larger or more complex organization where structure, reporting, and collaboration between different functions are a natural part of everyday life. As a person, you are unpretentious, communicative, and collaboration-oriented. You thrive in a team environment where resources are shared between projects and where people help each other to achieve common goals. To qualify for the role, you need to check the following: Construction technical education or equivalent experience. Experience as a Site Manager or equivalent within land/construction. Experience with utilities and land projects. Good contract understanding (AB04). Bas-U. Good IT skills and experience with digital tools. Good Swedish in speech and writing. Class B driver's license. We would like you to have: Experience with land, construction, or infrastructure projects Experience with utilities projects or similar construction work Understanding of project finances, forecasts, and follow-up Experience leading project teams or production organizations Good collaboration skills and a structured work approach Class B driver's license and good Swedish in speech and writing However, the most important thing for us is not the exact title or number of years in the role, but that you have the right drive, the right core competencies, and the potential to develop long-term with us!
