Site Manager in New Construction Are you ready to step into a key role where you drive a major residential project and lead the team on site? The Role of Site Manager As Site Manager at Noccon, you lead production on site and ensure the project is executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You become the natural hub between the production manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and client – and you're the one who drives the work forward with structure, clarity, and a solution-focused approach. Your main responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily production on the work site Ensure schedule, budget tracking, and quality in accordance with the contract Supervise and support production managers in their work Maintain close dialogue with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Continuously monitor finances, forecasts, and contract matters Establish structures, routines, and work proactively to minimize risk Maintain clear documentation and project administration Be the public face and a trusted representative for Noccon on site You work stationed in the project – always one project at a time so you can truly own the whole picture. You become a key person in driving the project to completion. Who do we think you are? We're looking for someone with experience leading larger construction projects and who thrives in a role where you both create structure and build strong relationships. To succeed in this role, you have: Must-haves 2–3 years of experience as a site manager on larger projects Good knowledge of Swedish and English B-class driver's license Merits Education as a construction engineer or similar We believe you are: Responsible – you take ownership, drive forward, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Communicative – you build relationships, manage expectations with clarity, and create a good collaborative climate with both internal and external partners. Thorough & organized – you keep track of budgets, contracts, and details and think ahead in planning. Their head office is located in Årsta, Stockholm, and they are today a team of 31 employees distributed across three groups.
