As a Site Manager in construction, you are responsible for driving the project from planning to completion. You have clear overall responsibility with focus on budget, work environment, and leadership, and the role involves both overview and presence in the field. The role requires high on-site presence; work environment control and follow-ups are a major part of the work. Communication and leadership are key words for this role – you will lead both your own staff and subcontractors. Responsibilities: Lead and follow up on the construction project as a whole from start to finish. Take responsibility for planning, schedule, budget, quality, and follow-up. Be a key contact with the client, contractors, and project management. Lead construction meetings and ensure documentation and follow-up. Drive a safe and efficient work environment throughout the project. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a confident and present leader with the ability to drive construction projects forward with structure and clarity. You have a good understanding of the different aspects of the construction process and thrive in a role where you switch between an overall perspective and operational decisions in daily work. You are used to bringing the team together, creating clear frameworks, and maintaining production, quality, and follow-up – while building strong relationships with clients and partners. Requirements for the position: Experience in construction production in a leadership role. Good understanding of all aspects of the construction process. Strong leadership qualities and experience with personnel responsibility. Ability to make decisions, structure, and drive work forward. B-class driver's license. Merits: Knowledge of contract law and economics. Construction technology education or equivalent experience.
