The role suits you if you are confident in your site manager role and want a central and responsible role in projects. About the Role As a site manager, you are responsible for leading and driving construction projects from start to handover. The projects include both renovation and new construction, and you have overall responsibility for planning, production, economics, and follow-up. The role involves leading work on the construction site, coordinating staff and subcontractors, and ensuring that the project is implemented according to schedule, budget, quality, and work environment requirements. We would like to see that you have: Several years of experience as a site manager in construction Experience with both renovation and new construction projects Good knowledge of project economics, forecasting, and scheduling Experience in leading and coordinating multiple parties in projects Good computer skills B-category driver's license Selection and interviews are ongoing.
