As a Site Manager in our infrastructure/concrete business unit, you will have overall responsibility for leading and executing our projects in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The projects will primarily be located in Region South, south of Stockholm, and consist of concrete structures within infrastructure, including bridges among others.

Your Responsibilities
As a site manager with us, you are responsible for planning, economics, production, quality, and work environment, and you become an important part of creating structure and momentum in the project's daily operations. You are the one who gets the team functioning, maintains communication with clients and subcontractors, and ensures that we deliver according to plan. Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Plan and lead construction production from start to handover, with responsibility for schedule, economics, and quality
Conduct procurement and sign contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure that BKMA requirements are met through self-inspections, risk analyses, and deviation management
Act as BAS U in the project and drive active work environment initiatives with safety rounds, action plans, and zero accidents as the goal
Lead and develop the team on-site and contribute to a strong culture through our values: Joy, Responsibility, Courage, Commitment.

We are looking for someone who has:
Experience as a site manager or equivalent role in construction with good experience driving projects and strong understanding of work environment, safety work, and BKMA
Meritorious with experience in cast-in-place structures on major infrastructure projects; highly meritorious with experience from bridge construction
Since we often work on international projects and English-speaking job sites, you need to be able to express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in Swedish and English
Class B driver's license and good computer skills, preferably experience with digital project tools
