Gym Manager

Atletfabriken is a gym where community, expertise, and the joy of training come together under one roof. We combine open gym and group training classes across two locations. We are now looking for a gym manager who wants to own the daily operations and drive the gym forward. What will you do with us? Coach and lead training sessions for our members Work as a Personal Trainer Actively work with PT, Member Sales, and Courses Work closely with the owners on growth, marketing, and scheduling Daily operations of the facilities We are looking for someone who: Has documented sales experience Has leadership experience Thrives with both operational responsibility and people Has training as a passion and is driven to develop PT/Trainer certification is a merit Speaks and writes fluent Swedish B-class driver's license is a requirement
