We are now seeking an engaged and driven Venue Manager who wants to lead our continued growth. About the Role As Venue Manager, you are the hub of our operations and hold overall responsibility for the daily management of GrebbestadFjorden. You lead the team through your staff, ensure guests receive a first-class experience, and drive the development of the facility together with the owners. The role encompasses broad responsibilities where leadership, operations development, planning, and hands-on presence work hand in hand. The position involves working with budgets, staffing, development initiatives, and leading daily operations. You thrive working closely with both guests and staff and have the ability to create structure, engagement, and results. This is a key role with great opportunity to influence the facility's future development, where you work closely with the owners with significant personal responsibility for results, staff, and guest experience. Your main areas of responsibility: • Lead, coach, and develop the team. • Ensure high quality and service across all aspects of operations. • Manage staffing planning and resource allocation. • Track operational goals, results, and key metrics. • Drive improvement and development initiatives together with owners and staff. • Ensure a safe and well-functioning work environment. • Be a visible and present leader in daily operations. • Help develop GrebbestadFjorden as both a destination and workplace. You have personnel responsibility for all departments. Your most important task is creating conditions for staff to succeed both in their individual roles and collectively. Who Are You? We are looking for a confident and present leader with experience in personnel management. You enjoy coaching, developing, and creating engagement among your staff. Experience from the visitor industry, hotels, camping, or similar operations is a merit, but we especially value your leadership, drive, and ability to help people and operations grow.
