About the Role As a site manager at the client, you are responsible for the entire project execution from start to final inspection. This is a role for someone who is used to taking full ownership of your projects and who can independently drive contracts from building specifications to completed delivery. You are responsible for planning, finance, documentation, client contacts, subcontractors, quality, work environment, and production. The goal is that you should be able to drive the projects independently with some support from the organization when needed. Key Responsibilities • Plan, lead, and monitor projects in ground work, water utilities, and infrastructure • Manage project finance, forecasts, and results • Drive projects from startup to final inspection • Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients, consultants, and subcontractors • Ensure quality, environmental, and work environment standards in projects • Handle documentation, construction meetings, and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle • Work with budgets, forecasts, change order management, and financial monitoring • Coordinate internal resources and external partners • Lead production and create momentum in projects • Contribute to long-term client relationships and continued business development We're Looking for Someone Who • Has several years of experience as a site manager, project manager, or equivalent in ground and infrastructure work • Has experience independently driving construction contracts with responsibility for finance, production, and client dialogue • Has experience with ground work, water utilities, utility line installations, or similar infrastructure projects • Is confident driving projects from start to finish • Has good understanding of finance, forecasts, and project monitoring • Communicates fluently in Swedish • Holds a B-class driver's license • Has good habit of reading construction drawings • Has good administrative skills and experience with documentation and follow-up Meritorious Qualifications • Post-secondary education in construction and infrastructure • Experience working with municipal or public sector clients • Experience with water utility projects • Experience with larger ground and infrastructure contracts What We Offer At the client, you'll become part of an experienced and entrepreneurial company where commitment, quality, and responsibility permeate the operations.
