We are now looking for a site manager for our Building Service operations in Gothenburg About the role As a site manager, you have overall responsibility for production, finances and personnel. You drive projects from start to finish and actively work to develop both the team and the business. You are responsible for, among other things: Forecasts, bids, contracts and procurement Leadership and development of employees Project management throughout the construction process Business development and customer relations Financial monitoring and results We work with projects, framework agreements and service assignments – often in environments with permanent residents or ongoing operations. This places high demands on planning, flexibility and customer focus.
