We are seeking a Site Manager who will drive production – from start to completed project – with a focus on work management, resource planning, and monitoring of time, cost, and quality. The Site Manager role As a Site Manager at NCC, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, leading, and following up on the project's implementation within your area regarding time, quality, economics, and sustainability. You lead and allocate work and ensure that the project is driven in line with NCC's guidelines and operating systems, toward the project's jointly established goals. To support you, you have a team including supervisors, project engineers, project buyers, project managers, skilled workers, and more. Together, you create the best possible conditions for a good work environment, progress, and economics in the project. Here you have good tools and working methods, as well as access to significant expertise within the organization that supports you in your role. In the Site Manager role, you will greatly benefit from your leadership qualities as your task is to engage and involve the team in the project. You will lead a number of salaried and skilled employees on a daily basis. As a Site Manager, you report to the Project Manager. Your profile as a Site Manager To thrive and be successful in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in a leading position driving construction projects of approximately 200–400 million SEK, preferably within public facilities. You have the ability to coordinate your own resources and subcontractors. You are confident in the leadership role and have a good ability to delegate and set requirements. Based on this, we expect you to have a good understanding of cost management and experience driving collaborative projects. You have a construction technical education or have built up equivalent competence through practical industry experience. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. About Building Norrland We build and renovate both commercial and public buildings as well as residential properties throughout Norrland, from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north. The department consists of approximately 200 committed employees, both salaried staff and skilled workers, who together drive projects forward with a focus on sustainable and long-term solutions. The role requires regular physical presence at our projects, and we therefore seek you who live – or have the opportunity to relocate – within Västernorrland County. Our initial projects are located within daily commuting distance within the county, but weekly commuting to other project sites may occur further ahead. Start by agreement. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. This position will be subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's security culture.
