We are now looking for a site manager who wants to drive our operations together with our employees, customers, and partners in the north. About the Role As site manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations in Kiruna, from Gällivare in the south to Riksgränsen in the north. You ensure that our transports are carried out efficiently, safely, and with the quality our customers expect. You work closely with operations and are responsible for day-to-day management. This includes responsibility for personnel, finances, and business development. The role requires a methodical approach, the ability to analyze operations, and a genuine interest in creating structure and long-term results. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Ensure high quality in daily operations Work with monitoring of key metrics, budget, and results Identify and drive improvements Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal procedures Responsibility for work environment, safety, and quality Lead the work team Build long-term relationships with customers and partners. Who We Think You Are You are a person who thrives with responsibility and who is motivated by creating order, clarity, and sustainable working methods. You make decisions based on facts, work systematically, and have a natural ability to build trust around you. We believe that you: Hold a CE driver's license; YKB and forklift certification are merits Have leadership experience within transport, logistics, or other operational activities Are structured and thorough with a strong focus on quality Have good analytical abilities Work well with computers and various systems related to logistics, quality assurance, time reporting, and more Are confident in following up results and setting clear requirements Communicate clearly and professionally Have good financial understanding and experience with budget responsibility is a merit Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written As an employer, we want to be an active part of your life puzzle and therefore create good conditions for a sustainable life outside of work. Therefore, various solutions can be discussed if you do not live in Kiruna permanently. Accommodation can be arranged for weekly commuting and to some extent hybrid work can also work, although the majority of the time will be on-site. You will also have the opportunity to sit on the management group and contribute to the bigger picture at Lindströms/KBF.
