You have several years of experience as a concrete site manager with experience of project sizes up to 100 million and preferably with knowledge and willingness for some estimation and procurement in projects. You have good knowledge of building technology, negotiation, contracts, and construction law, and have the ability to oversee the whole picture in projects, large and small. You will work in close collaboration with the company's colleagues within many different areas of expertise. In your role as a site manager, you will be an important key person in the organization's continued success. You share responsibility for contacts with suppliers and subcontractors, you prepare tender documentation and requirement specifications for procurements. You administer the procurement process and utilize existing agreements. Work Tasks: The site manager works with production management, estimation, work planning, and work supervision. You will lead production personnel in ongoing and upcoming construction projects of varying sizes from 10 to 100 million in the Stockholm region. Tasks include working with projects from start to finish with customer contact, estimation, scheduling, subcontractor management, material planning, coordination, quality, environment, and workplace safety issues, and work planning.
