Our client is now looking for a site manager who wants to take full ownership of projects within earthwork, water/sewage systems, and utility installations in Stockholm and Uppland. About the Role As a site manager with the client, you are responsible for the entire project execution from start to final inspection. This is a role for someone who is used to taking full ownership of your projects and who can independently drive contracts from design documents to completed delivery. You are responsible for planning, finances, documentation, client contacts, subcontractors, quality, work environment, and production. The goal is for you to be able to drive projects independently with some support from the organization when needed. Key Responsibilities • Plan, lead, and monitor projects within earthwork, water/sewage systems, and infrastructure • Take responsibility for project finances, forecasts, and results • Drive projects from startup to final inspection • Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients, consultants, and subcontractors • Ensure quality, environment, and work environment in projects • Handle documentation, construction meetings, and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle • Work with budgets, forecasts, change order management, and financial monitoring • Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders • Lead production and drive progress in projects • Contribute to long-term customer relationships and continued business development We Are Looking for You Who • Have several years of experience as a site manager, project manager, or equivalent within construction and infrastructure • Have experience independently driving contract projects with responsibility for finances, production, and client dialogue • Have experience with earthwork, water/sewage systems, utility installations, or similar infrastructure projects • Feel confident driving projects from start to finish • Have a good understanding of finances, forecasts, and project monitoring • Communicate fluently in Swedish • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) • Have good experience reading drawings • Have good administrative skills and experience with documentation and monitoring Meritorious • Post-secondary education in construction and infrastructure • Experience working with municipal clients or the public sector • Experience with water/sewage projects • Experience with larger earthwork and infrastructure contracts What We Offer With the client, you become part of an experienced and entrepreneurial company where commitment, quality, and responsibility permeate the business.
