Your main responsibilities: We are looking for someone with experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on earthwork and who has previously worked with project management. As a site manager with us, you will be responsible for driving our local infrastructure projects from startup to completion together with our skilled workers and project supervisors. As a site manager at Peab, your main work tasks will include: Personnel and financial responsibility. Work environment responsibility, environmental responsibility, and safety responsibility within your projects. Identify business opportunities and secure them with good profitability. Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships. Promote cohesion and build team spirit. Qualifications and desired competence: We are looking for someone with relevant university or vocational education within infrastructure or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the industry. Corresponding experience from similar roles in other companies is a merit. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Driver's license category B. Good computer skills and knowledge of production administration. Personal qualities: We are looking for someone with practical leadership experience who enjoys the leadership role. You have a genuine interest in the industry and it is important to you to constantly develop yourself and your team. As a leader, you demonstrate good judgment even under time pressure and you follow up on the commitments on your plate. It comes naturally to you to listen and be receptive to the other party and you adapt to the situation, regardless of who you are talking to. You are engaged both in the daily work and in planning for the longer term.
