About the role As a site manager, you're responsible for leading and driving projects from start to completion. You'll lead an experienced team of staff and skilled workers and play a central role in achieving good results, satisfied customers, and a safe working environment. You'll work closely with the project organization and have overall responsibility for project execution, finances, and progress. The projects vary in both scope and complexity, so no two days are the same. Since our projects can be geographically spread out, you'll need to be prepared to travel and, if necessary, stay overnight in other locations during the work week, typically Monday through Thursday. Your main areas of responsibility Lead and allocate work for your own employees and subcontractors. Ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Manage project finances, forecasts, and resource planning. Drive and follow up on quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety matters. Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify business opportunities and contribute to increased profitability. Hold site meetings and represent projects at construction meetings. Who are you? We're looking for you—a confident and inspiring leader with genuine commitment to both people and business. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Post-secondary technical education in infrastructure or equivalent experience. At least 3-5 years of experience as a site manager in foundation work, infrastructure, or similar operations. Good knowledge of construction law, finance, and forecasting. Experience with customer dialogue and negotiations. The ability to make decisions and find solutions in both planning and implementation phases. Leadership that creates engagement, participation, and development. You master Swedish in speech and writing, have a valid driver's license category B, and have access to a car.
