About the role As a Site Manager, you're a key person in our operations. You lead projects from start to finish and ensure that quality, profitability, and safety are always at the center. You create a good work climate for your team and build long-term relationships with our customers. The role gives you great responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to influence your role, your development, and your future! Your areas of responsibility · Plan and drive projects within set financial frameworks. · Ensure resource planning, productivity, and cost efficiency. · Lead and develop your employees through close dialogue and clear leadership. · Take responsibility for work environment, environmental, and safety matters. · Develop customer relationships and contribute to sales within your area. Who are you? We're looking for someone with: · At least 5 years of experience in asphalt paving or civil engineering as a Site Manager or in a supervisory position. · Strong ability to plan, organize, and follow up on projects. · Business drive and financial understanding. · Strong leadership qualities and a genuine interest in people. · Class B driver's license and good computer skills.
