About the role As a site manager with us, you have operational overall responsibility for several parallel building service projects – from start to warranty completion. You work closely with production and are a visible and present leader for tradespeople, work supervisors, and customers, while driving economics, planning, and follow-up. The role is dynamic and characterized by short lead times, which demands flexibility and a structured approach. You operate from our office in Kristianstad and work with both smaller and larger projects for both companies and private individuals. Your main areas of responsibility • Lead, plan, and follow up projects from start to completion • Personnel responsibility including development conversations, onboarding, and work environment • Financial responsibility for projects (budget, forecast, and follow-up) • Ensure quality, production, and progress in projects • Drive KMA work, including risk analyses, safety rounds, and documentation • Act as BAS-U • Participate in construction and project meetings • Build and develop long-term customer and supplier relationships • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Peab's guidelines and policies About you You are a confident and clear leader who enjoys working in operations and has the ability to create commitment, structure, and trust in your project teams. You work commercially, are results-oriented, and have good understanding of both economics and production. We are looking for you who: • Have higher education in construction or equivalent experience • Have several years of experience as a site manager or in a leading role in construction production • Are structured and self-driven, with good administrative skills • Are communicative and inclusive in your leadership • Thrive in an operational everyday where conditions can change rapidly Qualifications Requirements: • Experience in project management with financial and personnel responsibility • Good knowledge of KMA work in production environments • Good knowledge of contract law • Leadership experience • BAS-P/BAS-U • Good system skills (e.g., project tools and Microsoft 365) • Fluent Swedish, spoken and written • Class B driving license Meritorious: • Experience from Building Services, ROT projects, or similar activities • Leadership training Contact If you have questions about the position or the recruitment process, you are welcome to contact: Jim Karlsson, Work Manager – [email protected] Jessica Ottosson, HR – [email protected] The job posting is published over the summer.
