In close collaboration with Sundsvall Port, you will become an important piece in managing, developing, and operating the logistics park. We are now seeking a site manager for maintenance, operations, and customer relations who wants to help develop and drive the logistics park forward. How You Contribute in the Role of Site Manager As site manager for the logistics park in Sundsvall, you have overall responsibility for operations, facilities, rail infrastructure, and business development. You lead the daily operational activities and ensure that the terminal, tracks, buildings, ground areas, and technical systems function efficiently, safely, and sustainably. In this role, you work with the company's ongoing operations and maintenance as well as supporting the CEO in daily administration. Your work tasks include, among others: Operational Management: ensure that the terminal, switches, shunting areas, and technical systems function as planned. Facility Responsibility: be responsible for buildings, premises, ground areas, installations, and technical systems including maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. Operational Responsibility: ensure that daily operations function, develop, and meet set goals for efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Infrastructure and Facility Management: establish and follow up maintenance plans for tracks, ground, roads, buildings, and technical systems. Safety Management: drive safety work in accordance with rail legislation, work environment requirements, and internal procedures. Tenant and Customer Relations: be responsible for dialogue, agreements, needs analysis, and service to tenants and business operators. Project Management: lead development projects within real estate, capacity increases, digitalization, and efficiency improvements. Incident and Crisis Management: lead management of operational disruptions, accidents, and deviations. Your Competence and Experience The role requires post-secondary education with a focus on rail technology, transport and logistics, or other relevant education in the field. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work in similar roles. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as experience with various digital tools and business systems. You hold a valid Category B driver's license. Meritorious Knowledge and Experience: Experience in safety management in accordance with rail legislation. Previous experience with similar tasks and areas of responsibility within rail matters. Knowledge within transport and logistics. Operational management of facilities. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to quickly analyze situations and act in the event of operational disruptions or other challenges. Safety is an integral part of your working approach, and you have a strong risk awareness in both daily work and long-term planning. We also see that you are analytical, technically interested, and service-oriented, with a commitment to creating efficient processes and a well-functioning operation.
