About the role As Facility Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the facility. You lead the team, develop the business and ensure that our members have a positive experience. The position is full-time with varying working hours, including some evenings. The position is 100% Your main responsibilities: * Personnel management and scheduling * Work actively daily with leads via our CRM system * Daily work with sales, both by phone and at the facility * Manage group training and, as a coach, introduce members to our Milon training. * Member service and sales of products * Planning and implementation of activities and events * Daily cleaning and ensuring that the facilities are fresh, organized and welcoming We are looking for someone who: ⁃ Loves having many balls in the air and sees opportunities and challenges where others see problems.
