About the Position As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the facility. You lead the team, develop the business, and ensure that our members have a positive experience. This is a 75% position with varying working hours Monday-Friday, including some evenings. Your main responsibilities: * Personnel management and scheduling * Active daily work with leads through our CRM system * Daily sales work, both via phone and meetings at the facility * Responsibility for group training, and as a coach, introduce members to our Milon training * Member service and retail sales * Planning and execution of activities and events * Daily cleaning and ensuring the facilities are fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming We are looking for someone who: ⁃ Loves juggling multiple tasks and sees opportunities and challenges where others see problems.
