We are now looking for a Location Manager who wants to be the heart of our food bar. About the Role As Location Manager, you work operatively in the food bar, close to both guests and team. You are responsible for daily operations and lead the business by being present, clear, and engaged. You are a people-oriented leader – warm but clear – who sees customers, creates security in the team, and contributes to BIM Food being experienced the right way every day. The role combines customer service and operations with responsibility for structure in daily work. Responsibilities Work operatively in the food bar: service, sales, and customer interaction Ensure high quality in food, coffee, and guest experience Lead, support, and coach employees in daily work Share responsibility for scheduling and staffing Create structure, clarity, and joy in the team Ensure routines around hygiene, order, and work environment Be a role model in service, pace, and customer interaction Requirements We are looking for someone who shares BIM Food's values and wants to work in a business where food, health, and people are at the center.
