We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker with programming skills! About the Position: We are now seeking an experienced sheet metal worker for a well-established and successful industrial client with modern production and a strong focus on quality. In this role, you will work with programming and processing sheet metal in an advanced production environment. You will be responsible for programming, setup, and optimization of production while ensuring that manufacturing maintains high quality and efficiency. You will become an important part of a dedicated team where experience, accuracy, and collaboration are highly valued. About You: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in sheet metal programming. You have practical experience with CNC-controlled sheet metal processing. You have worked with machines from manufacturers such as Trumpf, Salvagnini, Bystronic, Amada, or similar brands. You have good technical understanding and can read and interpret technical drawings. You are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and work in a structured manner. You speak and write Swedish fluently. You have a stable work history with continuity in previous employment. You live within a reasonable commuting distance to the workplace or intend to relocate to the area. We particularly welcome applicants with several years of experience in the trade who feel confident in their skills.
