About the Position In our restaurant environment at Plantis, efficiency, service, and strong teamwork go hand in hand. As an experienced professional in the industry, you'll play an important role during our busy lunch services, evenings, and weekends. You'll support the kitchen with prep work and basic cooking so that everything runs smoothly. We place great emphasis on teamwork and are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with both chefs and servers to give our guests the absolute best experience. Your Main Responsibilities: . Kitchen Work & Prep: Assist the chefs, prepare and chop ingredients, and plate simpler dishes during both daytime and evening rushes. . . Team Collaboration: Actively work with your colleagues during shifts so that kitchen operations flow smoothly and efficiently. . . Maintenance & Cleaning: Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and organized - handle dishwashing, cleaning, and ensure hygiene routines are followed during your shift. We're Looking for Someone Who: . Has previous experience as a kitchen assistant or similar kitchen work. . . Is a team player through and through who values good collaboration. . . Is efficient, stress-resilient, and careful with hygiene and organization, even when the pace is fast. . . Is seeking flexible extra work as needed during daytime, evenings, and weekends.
