Then we're looking for you! We're seeking an Order Scheduler for our team who will plan and coordinate the implementation of photovoltaic power plants (PVE) and schedule technician service visits. You'll be in daily contact with roofers and electrical technicians, coordinating their schedules and ensuring that individual tasks flow seamlessly into one another and projects run smoothly and on time. What will you be doing? - Planning and coordinating PVE implementations – scheduling and coordinating the work of roofers and electrical technicians. - Scheduling installation and service appointments with customers. - Coordinating technicians, materials, and documents needed for projects. - Working with the CRM system and updating project schedules. - Daily communication with customers, technicians, and colleagues across the company. - Operationally addressing changes and unexpected situations. - Preparing documentation for billing additional costs. What we expect from you? - Secondary education with diploma (maturita). - Experience in logistics, dispatching, or order coordination is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of MS Office and willingness to work with CRM; knowledge of Daktely is an advantage. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Technical and logical thinking. - Independence, attention to detail, and a sense for precision. - You can prioritize and stay calm when plans change during the day.
