C04 z:14/7/2026 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Do you want to help ensure that manufacturing orders run without unnecessary delays? We are looking for a Manufacturing Planner to join our Production team. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and operationally managing the production schedule so that orders are manufactured on time, to quality standards, and with optimal use of capacity and materials. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE - Creating and continuously updating the production schedule based on priorities, deadlines, capacity, and material availability - Monitoring production progress and evaluating schedule compliance - Setting daily/operational priorities for production and coordinating with supervisors/teams - Verifying order readiness for production (primarily materials and capacity) - Early identification of risks and resolution of deviations (rescheduling in case of priority changes, downtime, and constraints) - Collaboration with related departments and information sharing throughout the company - Reporting production status, deviations, and needs to management - Proposing improvements to planning and more efficient capacity utilization - Participation in the management and updating of the Skill Matrix (assessing knowledge and skill requirements) WE REQUIRE - Secondary school education - Experience in a manufacturing, technical, or planning environment - Understanding of production processes, capacity, and interdepartmental workflows - Ability to work with production data, orders, and internal systems - Independence, attention to detail, consistency, and a responsible approach - Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure - Organizational and communication skills (coordinating multiple topics/teams simultaneously) - Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly assess priorities, risks, and bottlenecks WE OFFER - Bonus after training, 22 - 25 days of vacation + 3 days of sick leave, meal vouchers valued at 150,- Kč, eBenefit card, Multisport card, flexible working hours, pension contribution subsidy, commute subsidy, workplace refreshments, English lessons during work hours, company events, possibility of partial remote work.
