What does your new role as Planning Analyst look like?
In this role, you'll own and develop our planning system and how planning works at its core. You work within the system and use data to understand how we plan today, identify patterns, and adjust structures and parameters to create a more efficient way of working for our installers. Currently, we have approximately 140 installers across the country, and the focus is on reducing travel times, increasing booking accuracy, and ensuring we have the right capacity in the right place, always with a clear KPI focus. You'll be an important part of our operational business.
Own and develop our planning system ServicePower
Optimize capacity structure, coverage areas, and geographic distribution
Analyze and improve Travel Time, Idle Time, and productivity
Ensure data quality and correct system parameter configuration
Drive improvement initiatives end-to-end
Who are we looking for?
You are an analytical problem-solver who enjoys understanding how things connect and finding new ways to increase efficiency. You thrive in a role where you get significant ownership and work with many different stakeholders. You're accustomed to working closely with systems, data, and operations simultaneously, and you're motivated by finding solutions that actually make a difference in daily work. You're driven by KPI-focused work, take your own initiative, and are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced operation.
Experience from planning-intensive environments, such as field service, logistics, scheduling, or capacity planning
Good experience working with data and analysis, particularly in Excel and/or BI tools
Experience with planning systems, preferably with ServicePower
Background in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Relevant higher education is a plus, but practical experience is weighted most heavily
