The Care Administration with approximately 1275 employees comprises five operational areas. These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, HSL and short-term housing, and Management Support.

WORK TASKS
Work tasks included in the role;
• Plan and optimize work schedules for home care staff based on the care recipients' needs and staff availability.
• Handle acute changes in planning and staffing due to absence.
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, care recipients, relatives and unit manager.
• Follow up and document work to ensure quality and efficiency.
As a planning coordinator you are responsible for planning and coordinating daily work within home care. You maintain contacts with care recipients, relatives, benefits administrators and licensed staff.
The planning coordinator has a support role in the operations to increase the quality of care work with the aim of ensuring that guidelines and procedures are followed in the operations.
The planning coordinator is a culture bearer where good quality, good conduct and efficiency are central parts of the work. The planning coordinator should, in close cooperation with the unit manager, analyze and possibly redistribute resources and have an economic mindset for the most optimal planning.
The planning coordinator assignment is a part-time position at 80%, the right to full-time means a combined position with care work in home care.
Selection starts after the final application deadline.

QUALIFICATIONS
To fit the role as planning coordinator, you need to meet the following:
• Experience with planning work in home care
• Good IT skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
For the role as a planner within home care, personal suitability is a decisive factor. We are looking for someone who is structured; plans, organizes and prioritizes work efficiently. You are quality-conscious which for us means that you are thorough, goal and quality-focused.
You easily absorb and see opportunities with new ideas, methods and ways of working.
You also have the ability to keep your head cool and act flexibly even under time pressure or when circumstances change rapidly.
You speak clearly, well-articulated and enthusiastically in individual meetings and in small and large groups. You listen and are receptive to the other party and adapt to the situation.
You are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts and create contacts and maintain relationships.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: Start according to agreement.
