Your responsibilities
As Planning Manager at Skaraverken, you have a central role in ensuring that the entire flow, from customer order to delivery, functions efficiently and in a structured manner with a focus on high delivery precision and customer satisfaction. You work closely with production, procurement, sales, and engineering and have an important function in creating the right conditions for the business to deliver with high quality and precision.
You are responsible for planning production and materials based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity, while ensuring that the right materials are in place at the right time. The role also includes following up on deliveries, providing clear feedback to customers, and actively working in the business system Monitor where you manage and ensure quality in article and customer data.
You also have an important role in contact with both customers and suppliers, where you manage forecasts, follow up on flows, and contribute to developing a reliable and cost-effective supply chain. You also participate in daily improvement work and continuously work on optimizing planning and working methods.
The role involves overall responsibility for planning and logistics flow where you contribute to creating structure, efficiency, and high delivery precision in the business. You report to the site manager and the position is full-time, daytime, with a start date by agreement.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience from the manufacturing industry who has worked with production planning. You have a good understanding of production flows and thrive in a role where you can combine structure, analysis, and operational work in your daily activities.
You are experienced in working with business systems where you have good knowledge of Monitor and Office. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
As a person, you are structured, thorough, and solution-oriented. You have a natural drive to make things work in practice and thrive in a role with many contact points. You are communicative and cooperate well with both colleagues and external parties, while maintaining a clear customer focus in your work.
