We are seeking a driven and engaged placement coordinator for our Children and Youth placement unit. About the Position As a placement coordinator for Children and Youth, you are a central figure in Humana's work. Your primary task is to be the link between social services and our various operations to ensure that each child and young person receives a safe, stable, and individually tailored placement. You will act as an advisory specialist to social services and be responsible for quickly analyzing complex needs against our broad range of solutions. The placement location for this position can be at one of our offices in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm or in the southern regions of the country. It is also possible to divide your working time between home and the office. In your role as placement coordinator, you will primarily work with: Receiving, assessing, and managing acute and planned placement requests for children and young people (in accordance with SoL and LVU). You will match needs against different housing forms and services (Foster Care, HVB, Supported Housing, Open Care). Building and maintaining long-term relationships with social services caseworkers and serving as expert support, actively marketing Humana's expertise and quality solutions. Documenting cases, ensuring correct agreements, and following up on placements in dialogue with both social services and our operations. Working proactively at, for example, trade fairs, company events, and making municipal visits. This is a dynamic and eventful role that requires you to work in a structured manner, be decisive, and manage multiple cases in parallel, always with the child's best interests in focus. Who Are You? You are an engaged and solution-focused person driven by a strong desire to find the best possible solution for each individual. You enjoy relationship-building work and have the ability to handle a fast pace without compromising on quality. You like working proactively and take your own initiatives. Personal suitability is something we see as an important part of this role. For this position, we require that you: Have relevant education in social work (social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist) Have relevant education based on the work tasks Have a B-class driver's license and are willing to travel for work Speak and write fluent Swedish Have drive and are self-motivated, able to take your own initiatives Have a passion for working with people Are solution-focused and flexible and enjoy working proactively Have experience working systematically in various systems Have good administrative skills Can work independently and in teams Have collaboration skills Are goal-oriented It is also advantageous if you: Have experience working within social services or private care and welfare, particularly with children and young people. Experience selling care and welfare services is highly advantageous Experience in other types of sales What Happens Now?
