Experienced pizza baker needed for part-time work at Rodolfino – Gamla Stan Are you a passionate pizza baker with solid experience baking Italian pizza, especially Pizza Romana? Then we want you in our kitchen at Rodolfino, right at Riddarhustorget! NO KEBAB AND NO BEEF FILET.... For us, pizza is the focus – we make everything from scratch with love and craftsmanship. Our dough is exceptional and our ingredients are carefully selected to create the perfect balance between taste, texture, and tradition. You will be responsible for the entire pizza process, from dough preparation to baking, and ensure that every pizza meets the highest quality standards. Experience is a requirement! 3-5 years of experience required! We are looking for you who: - Have documented experience as a pizza baker! - Are self-driven, thorough, and can take full responsibility in the kitchen. - Are passionate about Italian pizza and can handle both classic and creative variations. - Have the energy and willingness to contribute to a workplace where passion for pizza is central. - Can help with related tasks such as salads, baked goods, and desserts as needed. YOU MUST HAVE A SWEDISH PERSONAL NUMBER/COORDINATION NUMBER The position is only for extra work on weekends and special public holidays, when there is a lot to do and we need someone who can maintain the pace and quality.
