Valmiermuiža preschool education institution "Burtiņš" (hereinafter – Institution) invites an attractive, creative, and cheerful interest education and preschool sports teacher (profession code 2359 06) (14 hours per week or 0.467 rate) for a fixed-term position starting September 1, 2026. Work location: Ozolu Street 2A, Valmiermuiža, Valmieras Parish, Valmieras Municipality.
If you have the desire to:
• plan and provide quality, creative, age-appropriate learning processes;
• conduct research on learners' developmental dynamics;
• collaborate with preschool education teachers to organize sports festivals and other sports activities;
• cooperate with learners' parents;
• maintain the material base;
• plan your activities, prepare documentation necessary for performing the position, including in e-environment;
• participate in the Institution's development planning and implementation in accordance with your competence;
and if you have:
• education and professional development for teachers in accordance with regulatory requirements (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Professional Competence Development of Teachers");
• compliance with the requirements set out in the Education Law and Child Rights Protection Law;
• state language proficiency in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law;
• competencies: positive, creative, and responsible attitude toward work; psychological resilience and high communication culture;

• remuneration in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445 "Regulations on Teachers' Salary" 548.33 EUR per month before tax payments;
