Ozolnieku PII "Pūcīte" of Jelgava Municipality invites a PRESCHOOL EDUCATION TEACHER to work for a fixed-term position. Key Responsibilities: Work respectfully, joyfully, and creatively with children; Implement the preschool education program, ensuring quality pedagogical processes while considering each child's age, health status, development, and individuality, preparing students for successful primary education; Plan and implement pedagogical work in collaboration with colleagues. We Expect: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Enhancing Pedagogues' Professional Competence"; can be a pedagogy student; Ability to plan, organize, and perform work with quality; Sense of responsibility, discipline, and precision; Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance.
