Job duties: - Implement the preschool education program, ensuring quality pedagogical process, taking into account each child's age, health status, development, and individuality. - Conduct individual work with students to promote their comprehensive development, strengthen their health, develop necessary skills and competencies, and address adaptation issues. - Collaborate with other educators and specialists of the institution in organizing the educational process and providing support to students. - Collaborate with students' parents to provide support to the student in the educational process. - Conduct research on students' developmental progress and perform self-analysis and self-assessment of own work. - Ensure student safety, adherence to children's rights and the internal regulations of the educational institution.
