Main Job Duties: Implement the preschool education program, ensuring a quality pedagogical process, taking into account each child's age, health status, development, and individuality, preparing learners for successful primary education acquisition.
Plan and implement pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education program implemented at the institution, the institution's regulations, and the main annual objectives set.
Ensure learners' adaptation to the educational institution and cooperate with the institution's learners' parents.
Improve the institution's developmental environment and methodological base necessary for performing your work.
Regularly improve your education and professional qualifications.
Other job duties in accordance with the job description and manager's directives.
Participate in organizing and creating events and concerts.
Requirements for Applicants: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations;
Excellent Latvian language skills;
Ability to plan, organize, and perform your work with quality;
Sense of responsibility, discipline, precision, ability to justify decisions made or actions taken;
Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance;
Ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults;
Ability to use the latest teaching methods in your work;
Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and web browsers) and interactive tools.
Experience working with children in preschool education institutions will be considered a priority;
High sense of responsibility.
