Position Information:
Employment contract will be concluded for an indefinite period.
Work load/rate – 1, which is 40 hours per week.
Salary – 1710 EUR for full-time position. Profession code - 2342 01.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Implement the preschool education program, ensuring a quality pedagogical process that takes into account each child's age, health status, development, and individuality, preparing students for successful primary education.
Plan and implement pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education program implemented at the institution, the institution's regulations, and the main annual objectives.
Ensure students' adaptation to the educational institution and cooperate with parents.
Improve the institution's developmental environment and methodological resources necessary for work performance.
Regularly improve own education and professional qualifications.
Other job responsibilities in accordance with the job description and director's orders.
Participate in organizing and developing events and concerts.
Requirements for Candidates:
Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations;
Excellent knowledge of Latvian language;
Ability to plan, organize, and perform work with high quality;
Sense of responsibility, discipline, precision, and ability to justify decisions or actions taken;
Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance;
Ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults;
Ability to use the latest teaching methods in work;
Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, and web browsers) and interactive tools.
Experience working with children in a preschool education institution will be considered a priority;
High sense of responsibility.
