Employment contract for an indefinite period.
Work load 0.94 rate – 37.6 h per week (the work load will be reviewed and clarified after September 1, 2026, in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 205 of April 14, 2026 "Procedure for Calculating and Distributing State Budget Purpose Allocations for Teacher Remuneration in Municipal General Education Institutions and State General Secondary Education Institutions of State Universities").
Salary: 1566 EUR per rate (gross)
Requirements for candidates:
higher pedagogical education and preschool teacher qualification in accordance with the requirements specified in Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Professional Competence of Pedagogues";
state language proficiency at the highest C1 level;
ability to plan, conduct, and analyze your work;
psychological resilience and high sense of responsibility;
discipline, ability to justify decisions made;
ability to communicate respectfully with children, build professional cooperation with institution and other institution employees, pupils' parents, and management;
ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, observe confidentiality and tolerance;
ability to work in a team;
ability to work with office equipment and IT tools.
Experience working with children in a preschool educational institution will be considered a priority.
Job duties:
implement the preschool education program, ensuring a quality pedagogical process;
plan and organize pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education program implemented in the institution, the institution's regulations, and set priorities;
improve the institution's developing environment, methodological materials database necessary for performing duties;
develop the pupil's responsible attitude toward themselves, others, work, culture, nature;
cooperate with parents, providing comprehensive information about the pupil's socialization, communication skills, as well as learning habits and participation in problem-solving;
analyze pupils' achievements, provide individual support to pupils according to their abilities and needs;
maintain documentation in accordance with established requirements;
regularly improve your education and professional qualifications;
perform self-assessment of your pedagogical work;
be responsible for the safety and health of pupils, ensuring pupil safety;
