Main Job Responsibilities: Implement the preschool education program, ensuring quality pedagogical processes, considering each child's age, health status, development, and individuality, while preparing students for successful primary education acquisition. Plan and implement pedagogical work in accordance with the preschool education program implemented at the institution, the institution's regulations, and the main annual objectives. Ensure students' adaptation to the educational institution and cooperate with the institution's students' parents. Enhance the institution's developing environment and methodological base necessary for performing work duties. Regularly improve personal education and professional qualifications. Other job duties according to the job description and director's orders. Participate in organizing and creating events and concerts. Requirements for Candidates: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations; Excellent Latvian language skills; Ability to plan, organize, and perform work with high quality; Sense of responsibility, discipline, accuracy, and ability to justify decisions or actions taken; Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance; Ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; Ability to use the latest teaching methods in work; Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, and internet browsers) and interactive tools. Priority will be given to experience working with children in a preschool education institution; High sense of responsibility.
