Ogres PII "Dzīpariņš" is hiring a preschool education teacher for an indefinite period. Main job responsibilities: • Implement the preschool education program, ensuring quality pedagogical processes that take into account each child's age, health status, and individual development; • Plan and carry out pedagogical work in collaboration with colleagues, in accordance with the goals set by the educational institution; • Regularly improve your education and professional qualifications; • Ensure child safety; • Other duties as outlined in the job description. Requirements: • Education in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 569 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Improving Teachers' Professional Competence"; • Ability to plan and organize your work, excellent communication skills when working with children, collaborating with parents and colleagues; • Sense of responsibility, discipline, and accuracy; • Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, and web browsers) and experience with interactive tools. We offer: • Salary according to the tariff schedule - 1566.00 EUR per month (before taxes) for 1 full-time position and social guarantees; • Health insurance (after the trial period).
