Requirements: higher education in pedagogy and preschool teacher qualification or currently studying (certificate required); ability to plan and ensure quality work in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements; good communication skills and ability to work in a team; creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm; psychological resilience, high interpersonal culture, and communication skills; Latvian language skills at C1 level.
