Requirements for candidates: • Higher education in pedagogy and preschool teacher qualification, or currently enrolled (certificate required), special education teacher qualification; • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; • Creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm; • Professional competence and creative approach to problem-solving; • Adherence to confidentiality and tolerance; • Good digital skills; • Understanding of special education programs and their implementation; • Knowledge of the state language at an advanced level in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law. Key Responsibilities: • Implement special preschool education programs; • Ensure quality pedagogical processes; • Maintain documentation in accordance with the educational institution's requirements. We Offer: • Interesting, dynamic, and responsible work; • Normal working week – 40 hours; • Monthly salary 1556.00 EUR before taxes + 15% supplement for work in specific conditions with learners in special programs.
