Key Job Responsibilities:
• implement the preschool education program;
• ensure quality pedagogical processes, taking into account each child's development, individuality, and health status;
• develop methodological materials;
• ensure the safety of children in care;
• build positive cooperation with parents and colleagues.
Requirements for Candidates:
• higher preschool pedagogical education, or student in an appropriate program, in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 569 of 11.09.2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Necessary for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Professional Competence of Pedagogues" sections 2., 5., 6., and 21.3., III., 17., as specified;
• preferred: similar work experience in a preschool education institution;
• knowledge of the specific operations of a preschool education institution;
• good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Latvian language proficiency at C1 level.
