Aloja Preschool Educational Institution "Auseklītis" of Limbaži Municipality Invites applications for a Preschool Music Teacher on a permanent basis (0.708 rate – 28.32 hours per week) If you wish to: plan and deliver quality, age-appropriate educational programming; collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's development; assess children's developmental progress; work with the institution's pedagogical staff to organize celebrations, themed events, activities and other programs; plan your work and prepare necessary documentation, including in digital environments; participate in the institution's development planning and implementation in accordance with your competencies; and if you have: education and professional development in pedagogy in accordance with regulatory requirements (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required of Pedagogues and the Procedure for Professional Competence Development of Pedagogues"); experience working with children; proficiency in the state language at the highest level; competencies: strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of responsibility; discipline; accuracy; ability to justify decisions made or actions taken; psychological resilience and high professional conduct; we offer: interesting, creative and responsible work; salary 1108.73 EUR; employer co-funded health insurance and social benefits as prescribed by applicable regulations; opportunities for professional development; work in an experienced team of colleagues; growth opportunities; a safe, aesthetic and well-maintained work environment.
