Plan and conduct music lessons, creatively develop lesson formats and structures. Work individually with children and participate in the pedagogical process. Consult with preschool teachers and parents about children's musical development and prepare children for competitions. Promote the preschool's best practices in developing children's musical abilities. Collaborate with preschool teachers to create scenarios for group and institutional musical events, celebrations, and annual traditions. Enhance the material resources for music lessons. Systematize and accumulate music materials for music lessons and individual sessions with children. Regularly improve professional skills through courses, seminars, and methodological associations; participate in pedagogical council meetings and informational gatherings.
