PRESCHOOL MUSIC EDUCATION TEACHER
Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct music classes for children ages 1.5 to 7 years.
Promote children's musical development: rhythm sense, singing skills, movement coordination, and listening skills.
Introduce children to music fundamentals, various musical instruments, and genres.
Develop educational materials and creative activities using music, movement, improvisation, and play.
Prepare children for celebrations, concerts, and performances (repertoire selection, rehearsals, practice sessions).
Collaborate with group teachers and parents to ensure a unified approach to child development.
Provide a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive environment.
Complete documentation in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Participate in teacher meetings, methodological work, and professional development activities.
Education and Qualifications
Pedagogical education with a specialization in music or professional music education with teacher qualification.
Desirable experience working with preschool-age children.
Knowledge and Skills
Good singing and rhythm skills, ability to play an instrument (preferably piano).
Ability to adapt teaching methods to children's age and individual abilities.
Ability to create creative, musical, and movement-based lessons.
Understanding of child development stages and pedagogical principles.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and create an emotionally safe environment for children.
