___________________________________________________________________ Liepāja Preschool Educational Institution "Kāpēcītis" Registration No. 3001901818 invites applications for PRESCHOOL EDUCATION METHODOLOGIST Work Location: Miera Street 40/42, Liepāja Employment Contract: Permanent position Salary: 1645.00 EUR (gross) per rate Full-time Position (1 rate) Job Responsibilities: Plan and manage the educational institution's operations in the education sector, implement the preschool education program, organize and coordinate pedagogical staff work, ensure methodological guidance of the educational process; Eco-School Program Management - plan, organize, and coordinate daily Eco-School operations and activities. Data Management - accurately and timely complete and maintain the Eco-School operations database; develop pedagogical work plans and participate in creating the educational institution's development plan; develop methodological work and pedagogical event plans and ensure their implementation; ensure methodological work and quality management of the educational institution; in cooperation with teachers, analyze and evaluate the educational process and its results; participate in developing and ensuring compliance with regulatory acts governing the internal procedures of the educational institution; participate in preparing and organizing pedagogical council meetings; plan and inform teachers about professional competence development opportunities; care for the quality of the learning environment and educational process; provide methodological support to new teachers; Requirements for Candidates: Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Teachers' Professional Competence Development"; Desire for continuous learning and encouraging other teachers to do so in accordance with latest educational trends; knowledge of regulatory acts governing the education sector and orientation within them; organization of inclusive pedagogical processes and competency-based approaches to educational process management methodologies; sense of responsibility, discipline, ability to make independent decisions and implement them; psychological resilience and high communication culture, collaboration and public speaking skills; competence in working with information and communication technologies.
