Main Job Responsibilities: Participate in the organization of the educational process and provide methodological guidance for educational activities. Participate in the development of the institution's development plan and educational programs. Analyze and evaluate the educational process and its outcomes, provide methodological support to pedagogues, and promote experience sharing. Participate in the preparation and organization of pedagogical council meetings. Inform pedagogues about continuing education opportunities and current industry developments, and motivate pedagogues for creative and research activities. Plan work activities and regularly inform direct supervisors about all significant events and progress within your area of competence. Develop and compile methodological materials to support the educational process. Promote a safe, health-friendly, and psychologically supportive environment for the implementation of the educational process. Organize cooperation with parents/guardians of children. Requirements for Applicants: Compliance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations regarding the education and professional qualifications required for pedagogues and the procedures for professional development as specified; State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with the State Language Law. Three years of pedagogical work experience in early childhood education; Knowledge of state early childhood education guidelines and programs; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and encourage others to do so in accordance with current trends; Knowledge of regulatory acts governing the education sector and ability to navigate them; Strong organizational and management skills; Sense of responsibility, discipline, ability to make and implement independent decisions; Psychological resilience and high interpersonal communication skills; Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate tolerance; High interpersonal communication skills, cooperation and public speaking abilities; Proficiency in information and communication technologies.
