KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and ensure quality educational processes in accordance with regulatory requirements; Participate in the development of regulatory acts governing the internal order of the educational institution, ensure their compliance and implementation; Analyze and evaluate the educational process and its results, set new tasks; Organize and lead the methodological work of the preschool education institution; Provide methodological assistance to teachers in work with children (regarding organization of pedagogical processes, continuing education, self-education, communication, etc.); Improve your professional competencies; Comply with work procedures and ethical standards. WORK LOCATION: PII "Ritenītis" Rīgas iela 10, PII "Septītais bērnudārzs" Rubeņu iela 2A, Salaspils. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Candidates must not be subject to restrictions specified in the Education Law and Child Rights Protection Law for working as educators. Education in accordance with requirements established by Cabinet of Ministers regulations regarding education and professional qualifications necessary for educators and professional development procedures. Experience in educational management of no less than three years within the last five years (educational management work includes work in the position of educational institution director or deputy director; other work if related to educational management). State language proficiency at the highest level, in accordance with State Language Law requirements. Proficiency in at least one official EU language to the extent necessary for professional activities. Strategic vision for preschool education development and understanding of innovations in education, including competency-based approaches in curriculum content. Knowledge of educational sector regulatory acts and experience in their preparation. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to organize and lead team work, motivate employees. Impeccable reputation, high sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to resolve problem situations. Very good information technology skills.
